Wow! These are soooo soft and comfortable! In close toe shoes I am a solid 9.5 which is what I ordered. At first I put them on without socks bc I was so excited and I thought they were huge. But today I dug out some medium weight socks and they fit great, actually I could wear a more winter weight of sock without my foot feeling cramped. So hush puppies has allowed for that in the sizing consideration.I love the crepe soles. I have had boots with these in the past and they wear forever. This is a nice, supple quality suede bootie. I bought the darker grey color and it is really a nice neutral medium to dark grey.The thing I think is MOST awesome about these cuties is that the suede edge of the tongue and ankle is stitched to keep its shape, but SOFT and flexible. I have issues with short boots rubbing my ankles and the front of my foot- these don't do that at all. There is a comfy insole with some arch support, just right for me but if you have high arches you will want more. Plenty of 'wiggle room' in the toe box. Plenty of 'spring' in the heel.I would recommend these to anyone! I love them!! I may have even been able to wear a size 9 in these, but I think with winter weight socks the 9.5 is going to be perfect. 5 stars!
