I have purchased several pairs of Nufoot footwear. Some are one-piece, and those in extra-large fit me well, The Betsy Lou has a separate strap, and falls off the back of my feet. I bought a couple of Betsy Lous in large, which felt a little small, and fell off the back of my feet. This extra large is a little too large, and falls of the back of my feet, so the size doesn't seem to matter. My feet are really 6 1/2 to 7, but I bought the extra large because I have extra-wide feet and lymphedema. The one-piece Nufoot in extra large fit me like a glove. I wish the other style had come in the colors you offer.
