They have a nice amount of squish in the sole so are nice and comfy when wearing. The platform gives me a nice additional bit of height and these are stabile and easy to walk in.Size wise I usually wear an 8 so I bought an 8, I could have maybe sized up to an 8.5, but truthfully the 8 is just the tiniest bit snug in the toe box with socks. I think after breaking them in they’ll be a perfect fit.I’ll add an update in 3 or so months on how they handle actual wear and tear.
