I purchased these shoes to practice posing for bikini competitions that I compete in. They are sturdy and easy to walk in. If you are sensitive to comfort these aren’t for you. They feel like hard plastic on your feet. They are made specifically for posing or dancing, both of which are quick events. They do break in well with use.At first I was like the wicked step sister trying to fit into Cinderella’s heels. However I learned a trick to use the hair dryer on the plastic & after they fit perfectly. I have decided to order the mules because fidgeting with straps and bending over will risk messing up my competition spray tan. I will however use these for practice.These are the square toe! I love them way more then the pointy toe ones... I ordered the same shoes for my last competition (square toe) In a size 6 bc every one said size down...they were a little tight but I still wore them because I did not want to wear the pointy toe ones, but I decided to see how the size 7 fit and they are perfect! My toes are not mushed at all! I wear a size 7 in pumps so I feel these are true to size!!I got these for a figure competition. They fit well length-wise... I'm a 7.5 and went down as opposed to up in size because of what other reviews had stated. I do think that they are a little narrow... however I think that they'll stretch out a bit the more I wear them.Purchased for a Bikini Contest. Being on my feet for SEVERAL hours and they were extremely comfortable. Walking on and off the stage was very easy, no slipping or skidding at all. I never had to worry about how my feet felt, so I could focus on the competition. Highly recommend!I bought these for my first figure competition. I typically wear a 7.5 - 8 in street shoes so I went with the size 7 after reading through the comments. I wanted a snug fit and figured the plastic would stretch some.
