Okay! So, I asked a question before I purchased these about the size... I wear a 7.5 and in reading some of the comments some said size down, some said size up. I ended up ordering the size 8. The size 8 was a little too big even with a thick slouch sock. My toes are wide but my foot is narrow so I always like to give myself a little room in my shoes depending on how the shoe size run and also what brand. Needless to say I could have gotten the 7 and would have been fine. But the thick slouch sock took up majority of the room and they were not floppy on my foot so I will keep them and wear with a thicker sock. I bought these because they were a cheap knockoff. She wore them shopping a couple of times and said they were fairly comfortable. It's pretty hard to tell these apart from the real deal. The only thing missing is the Converse patch. Although I am happy with my purchase, I can tell these are not going to last very long. During the first week of use, one of the rivets fell out and the sole lining started wearing down quickly. I happened to purchase a couple of authentic Converse shoes (in different colors) at about the same time so it's easy to see there are areas where the quality is not equal.I love these shoes! They are cute and comfortable but they run about a half size too big. I got an 8 and could use a 7.5. Do recommend, especially when not wanting to spend money on converse when these are the same.Bought for a wedding, bride wanted bridesmaids to wear high tops, they worked for the event but they were way to big, I usually wear a 7 1/2 these fit like an 8 1/2 a 7 would have probably worked fineGot these for a costume and they'll work great. Not something I'd want to wear long or daily. I have wide feet and they definitely aren't wide, but will work.I won’t state my age but let’s say the last time I had a pair of red high top sneakers was in the 70’s! These may not be a famous name brand but they look and fit the same for a great price. So happy with this purchase. I will order more in different colors. I highly recommend these - you won’t be disappointed.These are very much comparable to Converse without the price tag. We've bought 2 different colored (white and black) pairs, for 2 different children and they are LOVED (and accepted) by the pre-teens. Win!I love this dupes for converse . I had to have some chucks for a themed party. I hate the way converses feel on my feet because I have wide feet and converses are narrow so they hurt .
